When will my orders ship?
Orders EXCEPT jewelry pieces are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 days of purchase. For orders made from the US, please allow another 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out as we are a print on demand company and we need ample time to produce a high-quality product for you.

International shipping may take from 10 to 21 days from the time of purchase. When your order ships you can request your tracking number via email: support@shoplovegod.com.

When will my ordered jewelry arrive?
Our accessories and jewelry pieces are sourced out from several manufacturers within Europe and Asia. Fulfillment is centralized in Asia to keep inventory affordable and up to date. Due to the overseas location of our fulfillment center, please allow up to 5-7 days for shipping and estimate delivery within 10-16 days from the time of shipment to the US. International shipping and delivery may take 3-5 weeks from the time of order. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated.

Where is my tracking number?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. A tracking number will be sent within 3-7 days once your order is produced and shipped.

Jewelry:
For accessories and pieces of jewelry delivered inside the United States, we ship using USPS and you will receive a tracking number within the first 5 days of ordering. All packages will be shipped via e-packet and a tracking number will be sent to you once the product is shipped.

I ordered a FREE Item + Shipping, when will I get my package?
For FREE Items, please allow is 4-6 weeks delivery time after the item is shipped. We definitely try our best to make it faster as possible. 

During the holiday season please allow up to 5-8 weeks for delivery due to high demand. For international shipping, please allow 5-9 weeks.

Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Any order beyond the said time will be forwarded immediately to the supplier for production, fulfillment, and shipment.

Returns:

We will accept returns if a mistake was made on our side (which will likely never happen) or if the item is not as described. All items must be returned within 30 days and must be unused and unworn.
