What if I simply changed my mind on products I purchased?
You may reach us within 24 hours to request for any changes (change of mind, incorrect size, or change of design) or cancellations of orders. Beyond the given threshold, orders will be processed immediately and any changes will not be permitted. All products of Shop Love God are printed-on-demand and we do not hold inventory of our items. Refunds, exchanges, or returns will not be provided for change of mind.
What if I simply changed my mind on products I purchased that are labeled as SALE?
If you change your mind on any purchases labeled as ‘sale’ or ‘final sale’, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund, credit or exchange unless the item(s) are faulty.
What if I receive the faulty product(s)?
Items will only be replaced if they are damaged, incorrect, or defective since all sales are final as all items are made to order. If you believe your reason for return falls on the given scenarios, you must contact us within 7 days from the time the package is received or delivered according to our carrier’s tracking information (USPS). If 7 days have gone by since the package is received or delivered, your item WILL NOT be replaced. Please take due care when trying on clothing products.

ASSESSING THE RETURN
Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Unreturnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
