pour out your hearts to him,
for God is our refuge.
Unanswered prayers can sometimes make us doubt to trust God. Sometimes it is very easy to say I will trust God all throughout. But at some point, when having hope seems not logical anymore, we start creating our own strategies to solve our problems. Sometimes, we trust God not in every area of our lives but only to those which we perceive as “possible.”
David teaches us to trust God at all times, to pour our hearts to Him, for He is our refuge. David trusts God as his only rock and salvation. He knows his strength and stability is not from his own, but from God. Because of that, he is silently waiting on the Lord with full confidence.
God is inviting us to trust Him and pour out our anxieties, sorrows, fears, and even doubts before Him. He can do things that are even beyond the impossible. Are you willing to accept His invitation?
