And The Word Became Flesh

MARCH 7, 2018

" And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth."

Words are very powerful. Your words can either bring life or death. Bring blessing or curse.  It is so powerful that when God spoke, it created the universe. Beautiful creation comes to life. Amazing isn’t it?

But there's one thing that is even more amazing. It is when the God of the Universe fulfilled His promise of a Redeemer (Genesis 3:15) through His Son, Jesus Christ.

It is so unfathomable that Jesus came to this earth and stooped down to our level. He led the greatest fulfillment of all by bridging the gap between the Kingdom of God and us once for all. John said we have seen His glory. The glory of the Son of God, Jesus Christ.

He doesn’t end there. He describes Jesus as a person who is full of truth and grace. John’s experience of encountering Jesus can be summed up with these three words. Glory. Grace. Truth.

How about you? How can you describe your experience with Jesus?
